Small Business Association 504 Loan Program
The SBA 504 loan program allows small businesses to get loans at Fortune 500 interest rates and terms. The SBA 504 loan program includes a low down payment requirement between 10% and 20% and small businesses receive up to 90% financing allowing them to preserve working capital for business expansion.
